At the Colorado Springs Chapter of NARPM, we highly value our partnership with Vendor/Affiliate members. By becoming an Affiliate Member, your business gains meaningful connections with property managers throughout the Colorado Springs area who rely on trusted, high-qualify industry partners.

Eligibility to host a vendor table at monthly chapter luncheons

How Affiliate Membership Works:
Affiliate memberships are tied to the company first and the individual representative second.
Example:
If a company joins as an affiliate member, it may designate one representative to be listed on the website. Additional representatives may attend events and luncheons, provided they register appropriately.
If the designated representative leaves the company or the company wishes to assign someone new, membership can be transferred, as long as the original representative is removed. If an individual leaves a company and wants to maintain membership, they must rejoin as a new affiliate
member under their new company.

Memberships are annual (Jan 1 – Dec 31). Dues are not prorated, even for mid-year enrollments.

Application fees are non-refundable.
No automatically recurring memberships.
